#MakeaMark – A Journey to Meaning
The Fear of Being Just a Shadow
From a young age, one of my biggest fears was simple but haunting: to live without leaving something behind. To go through life without meaning, without a trace.
At 12 years old, I “opened” my first business — a restaurant in my grandparents’ garden, built in a walnut tree with my friends. Of course, we needed customers. So I brought in my schoolmates. Sales came naturally to me, even back then. That was my first earned money.
At 19, My First Real Risk
At 19, with €500 from my grandmother, I opened my first real business: a real estate agency.
It was 2009. A financial crisis and agencies were closing everywhere. But my instinct was clear: people will always need a roof. If there were 3 deals in the city, why shouldn’t I make at least one?
I worked for 3 weeks in an agency to learn the basics, then left to start my own. It’s a funny thing because, my math teacher once wrote on my diploma:
“For the most authoritarian group leader I’ve had. I hope in 10 years you’ll still be the same leader.”
Turns out, leadership was in me long before I understood what it meant.
The Rollercoaster Years
2020: When Everything Changed
I went through depression. I went through therapy. I devoured books. And I began peeling back layers of myself, one after another.
That was when my journey shifted: from chasing validation and success, to seeking meaning, authenticity, and impact.
The Gift I Bring
If you join me on this journey, I hope you’ll leave richer. Maybe inspired by my story. Maybe warned by my mistakes. Maybe transformed by a single idea.
This page exists because I believe lessons are meant to be shared.
